Welcome to Target, to start, you need to complete a few simple steps.
Create your Seequent ID
Your Seequent ID is your business email address that is registered with Seequent. Your Seequent ID (email+password) gives you secure access to your Target subscription, Seequent Central, online services (such as this training), and support resources. A Seequent ID with an active subscription is required to run Seequent applications installed on your computer.
If you already have a Seequent ID, you can sign in to Target.
If you don’t have a Seequent ID, please create one here.
Download Target
Once you have created your Seequent ID, you can download Target from My.Seequent. My.Seequent is the home for software downloads, learning, training and support. Simply login with your Seequent ID here and find the download button.
Opening Target
Target can be opened from the Start menu.
To Start:
- On the Start menu, select All Programs, then Geosoft and then select Target.
- Target opens with the default Project window. This window enables you to Create a new project, Open a previously created project, or Open a recent project. Access is also provided for Online Support Resources, Application Help, and the online Learning Paths.
3. Click Create new project to open the New Project
4. Locate your project folder (the folder that contains all of your current project data). Specify a name for your project and click Save.
Your new project is created and the Target workspace displays the main Target menus, pop-up menus, Application Help and the Project Explorer, as shown below:
