This is very likely to be one of 3 factors:
You will need a user account with an email domain that is attached to SSO as well as registered on your organisation’s IdP with sufficient permissions to access Seequent ID.
Then open https://id.seequent.com in your browser and attempt to log in.
Consider using Incognito or Private mode in your internet browser to test the full login procedure and avoid interference with any active sessions.
